Andrew Snow - Managing Partner

With over 23 years of experience in institutional advancement, nonprofit fundraising, and organizational management, Andrew Snow brings a thoughtful and relational approach to his leadership at Track15. As cofounder and Managing Partner, Andrew helps nonprofit partners achieve lasting success by focusing on meaningful engagement over time rather than quick fixes. Track15 specializes in strengthening donor relationships and building trust, enabling organizations to inspire greater generosity and realize transformational growth.

Chris Shultz - Managing Partner

Chris Shultz - Managing Partner

With 18 years of corporate bank experience at J.P. Morgan Chase, Chris went out on his own in 2005 to start an online banking company. The company sold in 2016, and Chris started a venture capital fund to help start up companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. His for-profit business acumen works well in the non-profit sector.

Jessica Gray

After many years of working in business management, owning a small business, and volunteering in the community Jess offers a unique perspective on all things project management. Her background and expertise equip her to see the big picture of a project while also keeping a close eye on all the small details.

Ashley Shultz

Ashley Shultz

Ashley’s career journey began as a high-school teacher at the American School in Managua, Nicaragua. She transitioned her skills for managing a three-ring circus to the corporate world when she returned to the states and began a 12 year career in client relationship management for JP Morgan Chase and Meritcard Solutions. Her roots in nonprofit work were planted in her hometown of Sarasota, FL, where four generations of her family have been deeply committed to building a thriving arts and education community. Ashley approaches each project, understanding that successful donor and non-profit relationships are partnerships built on trust and excitement for a shared mission.

Joel Rothermel

Joel Rothermel

Having worked with nonprofits of all sizes, Joel has gained the experience to identify opportunities in fundraising and data strategy. He has worked as a project manager for IT implementations, on strategic planning in IT, in nonprofit operations, and in fundraising strategy. Joel is also a Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Kendyl Wear

Kendyl Wear

Kendyl has worked in annual giving and fundraising for non-profit organizations of all sizes - from large universities to very small, local non-profits. Through these experiences, she has gained an understanding of the challenges that organizations face when raising money for their annual funds. However, always one to have a solution, Kendyl combines her experience, data, and creativity to help organizations develop successful campaigns that tell an exciting story while also broadening the base of support.

Dave Hail is a consultant specializing in alumni engagement and strategic fundraising. With extensive experience in higher education advancement, Dave excels at creating innovative solutions that drive community engagement and fundraising success. Passionate about storytelling and relationship building, Dave brings a unique blend of strategic insight and practical expertise to every client engagement.

Misty Jackson-Miller

Misty Jackson-Miller

As a longtime writer with a background in research (and strong opinions about grammar), Misty’s experience ranges from copywriting and social media management, to features and op-eds. Passionate about community engagement, she has both worked and volunteered for local nonprofits, served on advisory boards, and written profiles of nonprofit leaders for Dallas Doing Good.

Eliza Macdonald

Eliza Macdonald

After spending the first decade of her career in a number of different roles in the education field, Eliza brings a variety of knowledge with her to Track 15. Whether anticipating needs for social media posts and engagement or brainstorming how to best communicate effectively for top universities, you can be sure there is a creative twist and plenty of enthusiasm if Eliza is involved.

Laila Rothermel

Laila Rothermel

Laila is a Data Entry Specialist at Track15, where she has excelled for the past three years. In addition to her data entry role, she balances her time with a full-time position as a Special Education Teacher in Irving, TX. Her precision and enthusiasm for data management are matched by her dedication to education. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and baking, which keeps her inspired and energized.

With experience in weddings and university events, she consistently creates exciting, entertaining, and hospitable experiences that unite people.
