wrong name

so there's this guy at the office (i don't know his name) who thinks my name is "darby." i don't know whether (or how) i should correct him. i mean, he passes by my cube, so doesn't he see my nametag on the wall? maybe he's dyslexic or something. *ponder*

i had an awesome dream last night about japan, and i even woke up and tried to force myself to remember it. but of course, when i woke up this morning, i forgot it. the only think i remember is a name, "takamura," meaning "high village." damn. this is exactly the reason why i wanted (and got for my birthday a few years ago from alan and ting) an electronic voice recorder. the thing's on my desk, and the batteries are dead. i should replace the batteries and put it next to my pillow so i can record my next awesome dream.

so i went to the post office today to mail my brother some of the herbal supplements that i've been taking. these are pills that i've been on for over a year now that my mom recommended for my tourette's, and now my mom thinks it'll help with my brother's asthma. anyways, the line at the post office was super long; it took me like a half an hour to mail the box off. i don't know if this shit works, but whether it's this stuff or the drug cocktail i'm on, my tourette's is vastly improved. *knocks on wood* so i can't complain, and i'll keep on taking all the stuff i'm on right now. my drug/supplement expenses are really costly, though.

i went over to nelson's place yesterday to watch the 49ers/seahawks game. it was a very poor showing by the 49ers; they got blanked 24-0. i feel really bad for nelson; he loves his team, and to see them perform so poorly and get shut out must really hurt him. near the end, he scared me by slamming his couch with his hand and yelling out "GARBAGE!" ugh. i don't know if i could deal with it if my cowboys sucked that badly.

i'm still traumatized by the image of those two girls licking the shit out of a cup from yesterday's video (recommended by P). that's just fucking disgusting. i mean, i've seen pictures of scatological stuff, but video just brings a whole new lifelike realness to the act. *shivers*

so paul got his 52" sony bravia tv. i want to see it. he originally ordered a SEVENTY inch television. i saw it at best buy. holy crap. i have never seen a television that size before, and it was just ridiculous. the pixels were so huge that i could see MPEG artifacts. crazy, just crazy! i would imagine that football would be glorious on a screen that size. i'm happy with my 40" bravia, though. it's good enough for me.

i went to pee today, and my stream went about 60 degrees to the left. odd. it missed the urinal altogether and splashed on the floor until i shook my schlong and strained until the stream came out stronger and straightened out. what gives? and sometimes, i pee in two streams. that's weird, too.

i didn't eat lunch today. i played basketball until 2:06pm, and afterwards, i gave a ride to my coworker back to the office, and i got lazy and didn't get my usual vietnamese sandwich afterwards. so all i've had to eat today is a small bag of sun chips. starving! the good thing is that i'm meeting up with alan, ting and jay for dinner. yay for jay! i really hope he settles down back out here in the bay area. he's doing facial plastic surgery. man, that sounds really intense. i mean, you're dealing with a person's face, and one mistake means you're messing up a person's looks for life!

/update/

ok, jay just called. he made it official! he's moving back! he just signed a contract with the san jose medical group, and he's going to be their main man in the facial plastics department. WOO-HOO! i'm so happy. :)

ok, i gotta go. meeting them for dinner. time to celebrate a homecoming!
