the most painful dump ever

yesterday, mikeC, nelson and i went to st. john's for half-off cheesesteaks. as usual, i got the "beg for mercy" variety. it wasn't that spicy, but boy, did i pay for it today. i took a (rather large) dump in the morning before i left for the dentist's office (man, my teeth are really sore), and when i got there, i had this painful stomachache. so i took another dump, and this one REALLY hurt. it was all crackly, and it burned like a motherfucker. afterwards, i had to walk bow-legged because my sphincter was on fire, and any friction just made it worse. ouchie! and i couldn't sit down, so you can imagine me in the dentist's office, walking around funny, and refusing to take a seat. hehe. eventually, the pain wore off, and i was finally able to go get my teeth cleaned.

so i'm taking my car into the shop tomorrow at 9am. getting up is going to hurt, and it'll hurt even more to say goodbye to my car and drive a rental for a few weeks. *sniff* i made a list of all the things i have to retrieve from my car while it's away. stuff like my garage door opener, my prescriptions, cigarettes, work badge, etc. i hope i don't forget anything. car accidents are such a hassle! i feel really bad about not being more careful in the parking lot. *bonk*

re: flushing while peeing. some of the guys flush mid-stream. so what's the point of that?

you know what boggles my mind? sports statistics. how do they come up with that stuff? you know, stats like "passes longer than 10 yards completed by left-handed quarterbacks to the right side of the field in october." ?! how is that data stored, and how are they able look that stuff up and cross-reference everything? especially baseball; baseball is all about stats. it's insane. speaking of baseball, i don't know who to root for in the world series. i mean, i grew up in boston for 4 years, so i'm a natural red sox fan. but the rockies' story is just too good. hm.

so mikeT IM'ed me today expressing disbelief that i took tina (who's just a teenager) to see _lust, caution_. hehe. i guess i didn't think enough about it. she was definitely uncomfortable with the sex scenes, as she covered her face during those parts. i dunno. at least i didn't see this movie with my parents or something. that would have been TOTALLY awkward. i've seen an R-rated chinese movie with my parents before when i was just a kid, and it was so graphic that my dad jumped out of the couch and turned off the VCR in horror.

another time, when i was like 5, my dad gleefully wanted to show my mom a scene from the movie _body double_ (i have never seen this movie), and i was walking across the living room, so my dad told me to stand in the hallway away from the tv while they watched the scene. i was totally curious, but then again, i was more afraid of my dad. to this day, i am still curious as to what scene that was about. i guess i should go rent the movie or something. is it worth seeing?

one thing that i'm going to miss while i have a rental car is smoking while driving. it's one of my many cigarette-related pleasures. i know it stinks up my car and it's going to degrade its value when i finally sell it, but still i love doing it. oh well, it actually might be a good thing, though, because it'll definitely cut down on my cig intake per day.

one thing that i've only done a few times is naked smoking. that's cool! i've only done it in two places: tokyo and paris. tokyo: i had my own room in a hotel, and it was a smoking room, so i got all ready for sleeping (naked, of course), and i had a final cigarette of the day in bed. that was cool. paris: i was with a gf at the time, and again, we got ready for bed, and we both stood on the balcony of our hotel naked and shared a smoke together. (it was dark, so nobody could see us without our clothes on.)

ok, that's that. my tuesday workday is almost over. *huzzah*
