so i remember when madonna's video for "justify my love" came out, it created all this buzz for being pornographic and stuff. MTV banned it, blah blah blah. well, today, i finally saw it on youtube, and i was sorely disappointed. all it showed was a few flashes of boobs! and ugly ones at that! *snore* lame, dude, just lame. my schlong didn't even budge.
i've been pretty hungry lately. my appetite has gotten bigger, no doubt due to the fact that i'm up more hours than normal. last night, i went to my friend's 50th birthday party, and all i had was a bowl of cereal. after eating some cake and a bowl of chicken salad, i grabbed some taco bell on the way home at like 11am. needless to say, i'm gaining weight. i'm around 160+ now, and my belly is getting bigger.
don't get jack in the box's hash browns. they've changed it from a mcdonald's-like patty to three small rectangles, sort of like large tater tots. now, i LOVE tater tots, but these are disgusting. i was pretty disappointed when i got them today, but at least my sausage croissant was pretty good.
my team won both our games today during bball. the first one, we were down 1-4, and we stormed back to win 7-6. i was very proud of the way we rallied. *huzzah* i made a jumper and sneaked into the paint for a few easy layups. i'm a bit hesitant to go in because i'm afraid of getting injured, though, so i'm not sure how often i'll keep doing that.
yesterday was k2's birthday. i wrote her a brief message, and she responded today. she was civil, so i'm glad for that. i'm not sure if we'll ever be friends again, but at least i know that we don't hate each other, so that's good. it's just weird sometimes, when i think about it, how two people who used to be so close can be so distant now. oh well, i guess that's how life is sometimes. if we never stop being close, then there's no way that we can ever find closure and move on, right?
i'm craving food right now. and what am i craving at this moment? dumplings (as usual), and arby's. maybe i'll make a push for arby's for lunch tomorrow with my coworkers. beef 'n cheddar and a french dip! yum.
