last night, i watched part of the teen choice awards. i didn't know half the presenters. clearly, i don't watch enough of the UPN and WB networks. man, did i feel old. i had no idea that _the notebook_ resonated so much with teenagers. at least i knew about the show _the OC_. :)
do you guys have a preferred side of the body to sleep on? i find that i can only fall asleep if i lay on my right side. if i sleep on my back or my left side, it just doesn't feel right. hm. oh, and last night, i had chest pains for a while. i'm afraid these are little heart attacks or something.
i find it interesting that from a rough first glance, our bodies are symmetrical, but the reality is, we're not. for example, my right hand is more flexible than my left. and i think one of my ears is higher on my head than the other one. and of course, one eye's vision is worse than the other. stuff like that.
i think i hyped up frosted mini-wheats too much. i thought they tasted really good, but the truth is that they're a little too shredded (the texture) for me. if i could modify them, i'd add more frosting to that one side and more cohesion of the wheat fibers. right now, it's like eating dry grass or something. luckily, i'm almost done with this box of cereal, and i'll get to choose something else after two more bowls.
i want to see _the 40 year old virgin_. it looks enjoyable, and i think steve carell would be good in a comedy like this. (do you remember back when he was on _the daily show_?)
man. virginity. it's funny how such a "monumental" rite of passage can be so hyped up, when in reality, it's usually not as grand as one would think. personally, when i lost my virginity, i didn't even know what was going on. it was sophomore year, and i woke up next to my girlfriend, and then we were making out, and the next thing i knew, we were having sex. i didn't even know i was inside her. and when i realized what was going on, i was like, "what? this is *IT*??!" yup. nothing grand. we didn't even get to finish because she was late for chinese class (and she, unlike me, never skipped a class)!
anyways...
so that's my story. anybody else want to share their virginity stories? i'm all ears!
