stupid television

i really don't know why i watch rerun episodes of _friends_. i mean, the laughtrack is annoying (especially when they laugh at something that isn't even remotely funny), two of the characters (phoebe and monica, but mostly monica) piss me off, and i've already seen every episode at least twice. so what's the deal here? why can't i stop watching?

i am really enjoying this cooler weather. last night, i got in some very good snuggles under my blankets in bed. sigh. now if only i had someone to snuggle with...

i had mongolian bbq again today. it gave me massive food coma. i think it's all the chili oil i put in the mix; maybe next time i won't make it so greasy. still, though, it tastes really good with all the garlic and chili paste i put in my food.

i told jessica that i slept naked. she just laughed at me and said something about how she thought i was a "proper" guy. then it was my turn to laugh. proper? me? clearly, she has not read this blog.

i am back to having regular dumps during the week. which is good, because routine is a big thing in my life. so these days at work, i've been taking my dumps after my 2nd cigarette of the day, which usually is around 11:30am or so. hurray for regularity!

i saw an ad on tv the other day for stool softener. do a lot of people have problems with rock hard "matter?" i mean, i've noticed that my "stuff" varies in hardness. a few weeks ago, they were very hard, and it almost hurt to take a dump, but lately, they've been sort of soft, and they come right out without much straining. *shrug* i wonder what stool softener consists of. is it just a megadose of fiber?

is matcha really that good for you? on sunday afternoon, i tried jamba juice's matcha green tea blast for the second time. i didn't like it the first time i got it, but this time around, i rather enjoyed it. i think i also gained some satisfaction knowing that i was putting something good into my body. this may become my "usual" at jamba juice, replacing banana berry.

*yawn*

i crave red lobster. i know that the restaurant isn't regarded as high class or good, but there are two things that i love there: 1) the garlic cheese bread and 2) the crab alfredo. of course, i haven't been to a red lobster in maybe 8 years or so, so maybe they don't have either anymore. but still, i'd like to go to one and see.

ok, time for a break. have a good one!
